How can I help you?

I offer a different way to help you work through symptoms of trauma, stress or overwhelm; and help you resolve the underlying issues that might be holding you back emotionally, mentally or physically.

I use a body-centred approach to support you to connect with the experience of living in your body, and help you to understand how your living experience is connected to your nervous system.

I use a blend of Somatic Experiencing®, gentle bodywork such as NeuroAffective Touch®, yoga, somatic exercises, meditation, and breathing exercises to help you quietly reconnect to your inner world, and help your nervous system return to regulation.
